MC Peleng 3.5/8A is a unique lens. Its ability to 'look' at 180 degrees can be used to achieve extraordinary shots. Despite the fact that this is a manual focus lens, you can forget about focusing problems. Quite unusual and impressive image effects can be achieved with this lens.

The FISHEYE PELENG LENS 8 mm F 3.5 is suitable for taking photos with digital DSLR/SLR and system mirrorless cameras.

Peleng Lens is a super wide angle photographic lens of "FISHEYE CIRCULAR" type and is designated to serve as a replaceable lens for mounts which have or don't have the instant-return diaphragm automatic control device. The Lens has a feature of diaphragm presetting which increases photographing efficient. The lenses have anti reflecting coating. The image being received by the Lens in film camera represents the circle of 24mm diameter. It occupies only part of frame 24x36 ( film or standard digital matrix) and fits in a small side of a frame with a small cutting along the edges. You may always crop these small black corners from your image. Image gives you full circle coverage for the full frame ( full matrix ) digital cameras. The geometric centers of the image and the frame coincide.

Peleng is an "old school" lens and has a manual focus. Focus to infinity is a good option for landscape images. Peleng multi-coating optical glass serves to decrease reflections.
